This program aims in developing a model for online education for educators in using technology in their teaching. Main objectives of this program are to research, review and evaluate the needs of educators regarding educational technology issues and models of online education, as well as to design and develop a pilot program. Further, the pilot will be reviewed and evaluated based on its use and factors affecting its effective implementation.
