The project LIGHTHOUSE intends to establish an innovative model and tools for supporting lifelong learning and career paths for migrants by tailored counselling and recognition of prior learning to improve skills, employability and mobility. The most relevant priorities of the project are to support the production and adoption of Open Educational Resources in diverse European languages and to facilitate the validation of non-formal and informal learning and its permeability with formal education pathways.
